About Julie
Julie brings a lifetime of knowledge to every client who makes Victoria their home. Born and raised in B.C.’s beautiful capital city, she has been involved in property and real estate since 2011. She attended St. Michael’s University School in Victoria before moving out east to further her studies at the University of Western Ontario where she earned a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Urban Development.
Growing up in a family involved in the property development business, Julie was naturally inspired to pursue a career in the industry. After graduation, she returned to Victoria and worked with local developers and Realtors, selling and marketing various condominium projects. Later, she joined Strategic Consulting where she was responsible for researching and preparing market reports for the Vancouver condominium market. The entrepreneur in Julie led her to open the Electric Juice Bar which she managed for six years, even expanding to three stores before selling the business to focus on her young family and the charities she was involved in.
Julie is one of Victoria’s top-producing licensed Realtors, specializing in selling properties in the Victoria Core and the municipalities of Oak Bay and Saanich , Sidney and the West Shore. As a prominent member of her community, Julie is well-connected and always fully aware of the subtle nuances in the property market in Victoria, as well as the intricacies particular to the neighbourhoods in which she specializes. She is eager to share her knowledge and expertise with her clients who will undoubtedly find her to be professional, understanding and insightful.
As a wife and mother of three teenagers, Julie lives life to the fullest! When she is not hard at work helping her clients attain their real estate goals, she can be found supporting her children’s education and sporting pursuits and contributing to various charitable causes. Julie is the lead sponsor in Dance Victoria’s Nutcracker Kids Program which allows many youths the opportunity to enjoy the Nutcracker performances during the holidays. She also contributes a portion of her commission to a variety of local charities close to her heart. Julie also enjoys playing tennis, boating, skiing, barre classes, walking with her dog Snoop and has interests in mindfulness and Feng Shui.
